Customer registration, document handling, online payment, messaging consent, and application processing terms for Eazy Net CSC & eSevai services.

English
  1. Your personal details, application details, and uploaded supporting documents will be stored securely by Eazy Net CSC & eSevai for service processing, future service continuity, and customer support reference.
  2. We will retain your submitted documents and profile information safely until you request deletion by writing from your registered identity to eazynetcenter@gmail.com. On receiving a valid request, we will review and delete eligible records as per service and compliance needs.
  3. Your stored documents and profile data will only be accessed when required for a service you apply through our center, for customer support, or for lawful compliance. Outside such service need, we will not intentionally access your personal records.
  4. By continuing with registration, you confirm that the mobile number shared by you may be used by Eazy Net CSC & eSevai to send utility updates, status reminders, service notices, and promotional reminders through WhatsApp and SMS.
  5. Applications will be submitted by us in operational seniority order and as early as reasonably possible after your documents and required details are received.
  6. Certificate or service approval, rejection, return, or delay depends entirely on the concerned government department, official verification process, and the correctness/completeness of the documents and data provided by the applicant.
  7. Eazy Net CSC & eSevai does not control the final decision of approving or rejecting any certificate or official application, and no guaranteed processing timeline can be promised by our center.
  8. Where online payment is enabled, the displayed service charge is collected for application handling and related center processing. Payment gateway settlement may be routed through Razorpay.
  9. You confirm that the information provided by you is true to the best of your knowledge and that the documents uploaded belong to you or are shared with valid permission for the service applied.

  5. உங்கள் ஆவணங்கள் மற்றும் தேவையான விவரங்கள் முழுமையாக கிடைத்தவுடன், விண்ணப்பங்கள் எங்களது செயல்முறை வரிசைப்படி விரைவாக சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும்.
  6. சான்றிதழ் அல்லது சேவை விண்ணப்பத்தின் ஒப்புதல், நிராகரம், மீள் அனுப்புதல், தாமதம் ஆகியவை அனைத்தும் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அரசு துறை, அதிகாரப்பூர்வ சரிபார்ப்பு, மற்றும் விண்ணப்பதாரர் வழங்கிய ஆவணங்கள் மற்றும் தரவு சரியானதா என்பதையே பொறுத்தது.
  7. எந்தச் சான்றிதழ் அல்லது அதிகாரப்பூர்வ விண்ணப்பத்திற்கும் இறுதி ஒப்புதல் அல்லது நிராகரிப்பு முடிவில் Eazy Net CSC & eSevai-க்கு கட்டுப்பாடு இல்லை. மேலும் செயலாக்க நேரத்திற்கு எங்களால் உறுதி அளிக்க முடியாது.
  8. சில சேவைகளில் ஆன்லைன் கட்டணம் இயலுமைப்படுத்தப்பட்டிருந்தால், காட்டப்படும் கட்டணம் சேவை சமர்ப்பிப்பு மற்றும் மைய செயலாக்கத்திற்காக வசூலிக்கப்படும். கட்டண நுழைவாயில் பரிவர்த்தனை Razorpay மூலம் நடைபெறலாம்.
  9. நீங்கள் வழங்கும் தகவல்கள் உங்கள் அறிவுக்கு எட்டிய வரையில் உண்மையானவை என்றும், பதிவேற்றும் ஆவணங்கள் உங்களுடையவை அல்லது உரிய அனுமதியுடன் பகிரப்பட்டவை என்றும் நீங்கள் உறுதிப்படுத்துகிறீர்கள்.
